BALANWAY grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to download and use the products according to the license type purchased. License types include:

• Personal Use — For individual use only
• Single Account — For single business account
• Team License — For specified number of team members
• Non-commercial — For non-profit use

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
• Sell, resell, rent, lease, transfer, or sublicense
• Use for competing commercial purposes
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices

4. Payment Terms

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Limitation of Liability

BALANWAY provides the products "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, BALANWAY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Termination

BALANWAY may terminate your access immediately for violation of these terms, including but not limited to unauthorized use or license sharing.

7. Changes to Terms

BALANWAY reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
